Salem’s historic homes are particularly beautiful by candlelight. No wonder more and more people set aside the first Friday in December to view our preview homes, then enjoy dinner at one of our participating restaurants. It makes a great date night, and this year should be spectacular, as Friday will also feature the North Salem Neighborhood Association’s annual Holiday Luminaria, with candles lighting the length of Dearborn Street.
Present your ticket receipt at any of Friday night homes to receive your program book; the book will serve as your ticket throughout the weekend. Specific houses and addresses will be announced in late November.
*Please note:
- Advance ticket sales close Wednesday, December 1st at 5:00 PM. Tickets can be purchased online, at selected retail locations or at Historic Salem’s office.
- As a courtesy to our homeowners and their historic floors, we request that you do not wear high heels.
- Children under six are not allowed unless they are in a Snugli.
